II. Ingantaccen Tsarin Zamani (Hanyar Solvothermal)
Hanyar solvothermal ita ce babbar hanyar samar da nanoscale ZnTe, wadda ke ba da fa'idodi kamar girman barbashi mai sarrafawa da ƙarancin amfani da makamashi.
1. Kayan Danye da Sauran Sinadarai

3. Rabon Elemental: Gwajin X-ray mai rarrabawa ta hanyar makamashi (EDS) ko kuma gwajin plasma mass spectrometry mai haɗa kai (ICP-MS) don tabbatar da Zn ≈1:1.
